People liked the food so much at the old Johnny Cace’s Seafood and Steak House that when the restaurant closed in 2015, they kept trying to see if they could get the mother-daughter owners to make food for them. “We had people calling us at home: ‘Hey, I really want this, how can I get it?’ Chelsea Cace, granddaughter of the late Johnny Cace said. “So, we knew that there were people who wanted us to do something like this.”
